Skilled immigrant visa process

This type of visa application is divided into two steps: The first step: To submit the EOI (Immigration Implication Expression) first, the applicant must ensure that there is evidence to prove that he or she meets the conditions of independent skilled immigrants when submitting the EOI, otherwise there will be heavy penalties. Step 2: The applicant can submit the application after receiving the invitation letter from the Immigration Department and must complete it within 60 days. Since each nominated occupation has a quota within one year, only a part of the applicant can receive the invitation. If you do not receive an invitation within two years, EOI will be void.

* Applicants can get up to 20 points in their work experience. The relevant academic qualifications and work experience of the nominated occupation must be assessed by the professional assessment agency.
** The diploma is not necessarily related to the nominated occupation.
