188E Entrepreneur
Criteria:
• Must be able to meet the Department of Home Affairs visa requirements
• Must genuinely intend to live in Tasmania permanently and continue to contribute to Tasmania
• Propose to undertake, an entrepreneurial venture in Tasmania that relates to an innovative idea that will lead to the commercialisation of a product or service or the development of an enterprise or business in Tasmania.
• The venture must not be related to residential real estate or labour hire or involve the purchase of an existing business or franchise.
• Hold at least 30 per cent share in the ownership of the entrepreneurial venture.
• Enter into a funding agreement/s with a third party funding body (or bodies) for at least $200 000.
• Must have sufficient funds to settle in Tasmania
• Applicants must show how their proposed entrepreneurial activity will benefit Tasmania. This may include:
• Investment in key Tasmanian industry areas
• Flow on benefits to other areas of the economy
• Introduction of new skills, technology, innovations
• Creation of jobs
• Trade expansion
• Innovation
• Investment outside Greater Hobart

188E签证TAS塔斯马尼亚州州担保申请流程：
步骤1：确认自己满足DIBP188E签证和州担保标准；
步骤2：在线系统填表申请TAS州担保，如果提交申请以后没有收到系统确认、提交信息有误或缺失，请联系business@migration.tas.gov.au；为避免处理延迟，州担保申请必须包含概况近期经商经历的简历和护照首页；
步骤3：获得TAS州担保，有效期6个月（可以在这段时间准备签证申请材料）；
步骤4：通过DIBP's SkillSelect提交EOI申请，并告知TAS你的EOI申请号，TAS会通过EOI发放州担保；
步骤5：DIBP发出EOI邀请，60天内提交正式的188C签证申请。
