188E Entrepreneur
Criteria:
• Undertake, or proposing to undertake, an entrepreneurial venture in the ACT that relates to an innovative idea that is proposed to lead to the commercialisation of a product or service or the development of an enterprise of business in Australia. The entrepreneurial venture must not be related to residential real estate or labour hire or involve purchasing an existing business or franchise.
• Hold at least 30% share in the ownership of the entrepreneurial venture.
• Enter into a funding agreement/s with a third party funding body (or bodies) for at least $200,000. The third-party funding body must be of a kind prescribed by the Minister for Immigration and Border Protection.
Your entrepreneurial activity must relate to an innovative idea that is proposed to lead to the commercialisation of a product or service or the development of an enterprise of business in Canberra. The entrepreneurial activity must not relate to residential estate or labour hire or involve purchasing an existing business or franchise.

188E签证ACT首都地区担保申请条件：

1、EOI申请号及所有EOI回复记录。

3、融资协议：企业家或企业实体（合伙企业或法人团体）与第三方资助机构（或多个机构）之间的融资协议，至少共计20万澳元
4、个人简历
5、护照：主申请人和家属的护照复印件（如可能，提供护照首页和澳大利亚签证）
6、已完成并签名的移民和边境保护部956表格
材料说明：
任何非英文的材料必须有对应的英文翻译，由经认证的译员翻译。
188E签证ACT首都地区州担保申请流程：
步骤1：在线申请ACT首都地区州担保。
步骤2：完成申请表，保存为PDF格式。
步骤3：支付申请费600澳币。
步骤4：打印申请表，连同其他纸质材料邮寄至：

步骤8：收到EOI邀请后60天内提交签证申请。
步骤9：ACT首都地区州担保有效期为90天。
